What are the criteria for Membership?

Member of ABC chapter - Not a member? That's ok. We can quote your coverage and you can join the chapter at the beginning of your policy period. Find a chapter near you: EAST, MIDDLE, WEST.

Annual premium of $20,000 or more

In business as a TN commercial contractor (at least 51 percent) or equipment dealer for at least three years

Average loss ratio for the last three years in the range of 65 percent or less

Experience modification 1.25 or lower

This online resource allows you to customize Written Programs and Policies and Procedures by adding or removing any sections that do not apply to your organization. The Safety Meeting Materials are training tools that will assist you in conducting short, effective safety meetings, as well as getting your employees contributing to the overall safety goals of your operation.
